At Cold Cups, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your drinkware isn't keeping things as cool as expected, you can return or exchange any unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to our returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit and include all original tags and accessories.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
